UK Delivery

FREE DELIVERY on all orders over £20 (Ensure you select free delivery at checkout)

All retail orders are dispatched within 3 working days (Monday – Friday) and are sent out via one of the following options, which can be chosen at the checkout:

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Second Class (2-4 Business days after dispatch)

Express Delivery – Royal Mail First Class (1-3 Business days after dispatch)

Tracked / Next Day delivery available. Please get in touch if you are interested In this service.

Internationally Delivery 

We do not currently offer international delivery (Outside of the UK) If you want to place an order for delivery outside the UK please get in touch through our contact page. 

Returns

Our returns policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have elapsed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange. 

As a small family run business we are unable to offer free returns at this moment in time. We will however offer to reimburse your postage cost up to a maximum of £3.50 once we have received the parcel. 

We do accept returns/refunds for:

Items that have arrived damaged*
*This is provided that the item is no longer usable for its intended purpose. In many cases an exchange will be offered. 

If you return an item outside of it’s original packaging then we won’t be able to offer a refund. We may offer a discount that can be applied to your next order. 

If you would like to return an order please get in touch through support@wickedmelts.com and be sure to include your order number, the nature of the issue or the reason for the return. Please also include any photos that support your reason for the return.

We do not accept returns/refunds for:

  • Sample boxes as these are samples of our larger products. 
  • Melts that have been partially used.
  • Melts that have been removed from its original packaging.
  • Melts that you do not like the scent of. As scents can be very subjective we would advise customers to place a small order or sample order of scents that they would like to try.  

My order hasn’t been delivered and is lost in the post. 

If 2 weeks or 10 working days has passed since your order was dispatched and your order hasn’t arrived, please get in touch and we can chase this up with Royal Mail. Failing delivery we will arrange a replacement to be sent out.
